We offer a 1-2 working day (Monday-Friday) delivery on all orders to Leicestershire & Rutland. If you require a specific date then please include in the order comments or get in contact.
Delivery charge on orders below £200 is £15+VAT.
Delivery to surrounding areas is available at POA.

Orders delivered by our dedicated fleet:
We strive to complete all of our deliveries using our Leicester based dedicated delivery fleet. We will always attempt to contact you before delivery to ensure there is someone available to accept the goods.
Please Note! Deliveries are ground floor only and to level sites. Please check first that you have the correct size and style of door as per your order and that there are is no visible damage before signing as 'received in good condition'. Bulk loads may be left at the closest accessible place.
We must be notified of damages or shortages within 72 hours of delivery.
Orders delivered by 3rd party (couriers):
We do sometimes use a selection of third party couriers for our deliveries, normally these are items that can be via post.
Please examine the products before the driver leaves, as you will be asked to sign for the correct amount of goods IN GOOD CONDITION, the doors must be checked and if any damage is present the signed docket MUST BE NOTED AS DAMAGED, the carriers or ourselves cannot be responsible for complaints on condition or shortages after this event.
It is not acceptable to sign ‘unchecked’. Any defects must be notified to ourselves at sales@cashmorestrade.co.uk within 72 hours of Goods received.
Health & safety:
When a delivery involves FIRE DOORS or EXTERNAL DOORS, there must be help on site, as the handling requires two persons. If this is not adhered to, we may need to re-deliver the order, which will involve an additional delivery cost.
Collection
In the case of collection by customers from our premises, goods must be examined before loading, as damage can easily occur while transporting goods in an unsuitable transport vehicle.
